Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Bavarian Alps while relaxing in the afternoon on a sailing tour on Lake Starnberg. You will visit the cross of the fairy-tale King Ludwig II which was erected on the spot in the lake where Ludwig II died.
Visit an island with reams of fragrant roses
Afterwards you will berth at the Roseninsel where Bavarian King Maximilian II had a quiet summer residence built. The Pompeian-Bavarian casino built in 1853 is situated in a park with an oval rose garden consisting of hundreds of scented roses from which the island obtained its name. On request, you can finish the evening at the Orange Beach Club at Starnberg.
